>> How to install CDAX on Microsoft Windows Vista / Microsoft Windows 7 OS driven machine ?

Download the CDAX setup file on to your computer desktop from the www.cdax.lk (Microsoft Windows compatible).

Right click on downloaded setup file and Click on the option Run as administrator.

Continue the installation process with the default settings and click on Finish button.

Go to start menu and right click on CDAX pro icon select the properties option.

Click on compatibility tab in the bottom of the screen you will see a section called "Privileged Level" tick Run this program as an administrator.

Now you are almost done. Simply click on CDAX pro in your start menu to begin online trading.

>> I have registered with Capital Alliance broker company and when I try to login to the CDAX using the login details that they have emailed to me, a message appears "Unable to connect to Order Placement Server"

Find the file called "CASServer.Conf" in your machine. Most of the time it is located on "C:\Program Files\CDAX 6.4\conf" path.

Make a copy of that file in to your desktop and open it using natepad.

You can find two IP addresses and make changes to both as given bellow

"order.placement.server=222.165.183.25".

"data.feed.non.block.server=222.165.183.26".

Replace the older file called "CASServer.conf" by the modified file.

>> How to change the password ?

You must be a user of CDAX pro to change your password.

In menu bar go to "Tools" and click on it

Then click on change password option

Enter your current password and new password

Then click "OK".

>> Cannot see security codes on security selection window’s select security section

This problem appears only when one of the application files crashes due to sudden power off etc. Therefore you need to install CDAX pro again.
